Welcome to Oceans Call (“the Game”), operated by Serenity Games LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you (“Player,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or play the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

* Provide accurate information

* Maintain account security

* Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. LICENSE TO USE THE GAME

  We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Game for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

* Modify, copy, or distribute the Game

* Reverse-engineer or decompile software

* Circumvent security, anti-cheat, or access controls

4. OWNERSHIP OF GAME CONTENT & ART ASSETS

  All content in the Game is owned by Serenity Games LLC or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

* Art, illustrations, models, textures, animations, UI elements

* Logos, branding, characters, environments

* Sound effects, music, dialogue, and voices

* All other visual and audio assets

You acknowledge that:

* You receive no ownership rights to any Game content or art assets

* You may not extract, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reuse any Game assets outside normal gameplay

* Any unauthorized use of assets may result in account termination and legal action

5. VIRTUAL ITEMS & IN-GAME PURCHASES

  The Game may offer virtual currency, cosmetic items, or other digital goods.

  You acknowledge that:

* Virtual items have no cash value

* Purchases are final unless required by law

* Items may change for balance or technical reasons

* We may add, remove, or modify in-game content at any time

6. PLAYER CONDUCT

  You agree not to:

* Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior

* Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools

* Impersonate others or attempt account theft

* Upload or share unlawful content

7. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

  We may update, patch, or modify the Game at any time. Features may change or be removed at our discretion.

8. TERMINATION

  We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for harmful behavior. No refunds are issued for terminated accounts.

9. DISCLAIMERS

  The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, gameplay progress, or virtual items.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

  We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of changes.
