END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Serenity Games LLC for the Oceans Call software (“Software”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. LICENSE GRANT

  We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for playing Oceans Call.

2. OWNERSHIP

  The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software and all content within the Game remain with Serenity Games LLC. This includes, without limitation:

* Artwork, illustrations, textures, sprites, UI, and visual effects

* 3D models, animations, characters, and environment assets

* Audio files, sound effects, and music

* Game design, story elements, and worldbuilding materials

You acquire no ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights in any asset.

3. PERMITTED USE

  You may:

* Install the Software on devices you own

* Use the Software for non-commercial, entertainment purposes

4. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

  You may NOT:

* Modify, translate, or create derivative works

* Reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent anti-cheat

* Extract, copy, export, reuse, or distribute art assets, models, textures, audio, or any other game content

* Use cheats, bots, automation tools, or exploits

* Distribute, rent, or sublicense the Software

* Access server data using unauthorized methods

5. ANTI-CHEAT NOTICE

  The Software may include anti-cheat features that monitor processes and files related to gameplay to detect cheating. By installing the Software, you consent to this functionality.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

  If you submit or create content within the Game, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, or display it as part of the Game. You represent that such content does not infringe third-party rights.

7. UPDATES

  We may deploy mandatory updates or patches. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

8. TERMINATION

  This EULA terminates immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Software.

9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  We are not liable for any damages arising out of use or inability to use the Software.

11. GOVERNING LAW

  This EULA is governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Connecticut.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

  We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of changes.
